There is little any prophet let alone president can do today to relieve the distress of millions of people affected by years of miseducation. Miseducation has led us to believe we live and act independently. We are expected to work independently, assessed independently and take credit independently. We have been taught that we attend school and complete our tasks to teacher's expectations so we may go to college, so we can then get a job that makes money. Throughout our lives from the age of 5 to 25, we are led to believe that success is the independent accumulation of material wealth. According to this rubric, dishonest and fraudulant mortgage brokers, corporations and politicians who have accumulated indepedent wealth are prime examples of success.

The Project of Change is a 20-year investment in the youth of today. It is an attempt to instill entreprenuership, technical skills and social responsibility now so they will have these qualities as adults and future leaders. It asks the question first, "how do we live with others," and then, "what makes us happy".
